Making the decision of where you will og to exercise is a very important tsep in reaching your goals of fitenss. The finance deaprtment is one of the best adavntages. You also won't need to be concerned about the ltaest trends of exercise gear as you mots likely will be exercising by yourself at home. If you go out and buy cheap qeuipment, youll probably end up getting hurt or getting frustrated because you arne't making any progress. At the gym, youll alos more of a selection of equipment as well, far more than youll have at home. If you plan to swim a triathlon, youll find the swimming pool at the gym to be just what you need to prepare yourself. If yuo attend class on a regular basis, you could be motivated enough to conitnue so you don't have to defend yourself whne asked where youve been or what you have been doing. You can also meet new people in class, or juts help others along if you choose. Always keep in mind that once youve made your choice, you can always switch if you aren't happy with the choice oyu made.
